Commercial Clients:
Master Plan Design, Consultation, Documentation, Plant Selection, Quantity take-offs, budgeting and Project Management.
Fees:
Principle on enquiry
Design & Documentation on enquiry
Residential Clients:
Initial Consultation, Master Plan Design, Documentation, Plant Selection and Quantity take-off
Fees:
Initial Consultation $250 (to be paid on arrival at site)
Master Plan Design and Documentation (Depends on the Scope of Works)
Conditions:
All Residential and Commercial Clients are to sign an agreement to commence design and documentation works, residential clients are provided with a fee proposal at initial consultation and are required to pay 10% of that fee proposal up front.
